Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but shipping will begin on the next business day.
- Duration: 6-9 business days.
- Cost: Free.
International Shipping: We offer UPS International Shipping for our customers outside the USA.
- International Shipping Time: Delivery within 10-11 business days.
- Cost: Free.
Order Tracking: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 35 days of receipt. The products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Domestic Returns: We provide a prepaid return label.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
